EASY "STIR-FRY" 
Pork or chicken, cut into strips
About 1/4 c. cornstarch + 1 c. soy sauce
butter
1 onion

Any of the following:
1 carrot, cut in strips
1 celery stick, cut in strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
Cabbage, cut in strips
1/2 c. pineapple chunks

1. Marinate meat or chicken in soy sauce for at least 1 hour.

2. Put cornstarch in plastic bag. Remove meat from soy sauce. Put in bag with cornstarch. Shake to thoroughly coat meat.

3. Stir fry over medium high heat along with onion and/or other vegetables.
