KEY LIME PIE 
2 cans condensed milk
1 c. Key lime juice
1 tbsp. lime rind, grated
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 graham cracker shell

Stir ingredients together until smooth. Pour in graham cracker shell.

Bake at 325°F or 25 to 28 minutes.
