KEY LIME PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk (do not use low-fat)
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. lime juice
2 egg whites
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Peel and chop apples and set aside. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add egg, vanilla and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Add apples; mix well and pour into pastry lined pie pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven and sprinkle with topping.
