1/4 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. 10X powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. Cool Whip
2-3 rows Oreo cookies, crushed
Gummy Worms (opt.)

Blend all ingredients well. Add 3 cups milk, instant pudding and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer Oreo cookies and pudding mixture; repeat, ending with cookies. Chill for 2 hours. Can be served in plastic flower pot. If using gummy worms, place them coming out of the "dirt".
