ROLLED SOUR CREAM COOKIE 
2 2/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream

Cream butter; add sugar. Cream until light and fluffy. Add beaten egg. Add sifted ingredients (dry), alternately with sour cream. Chill dough; roll on floured board and cut. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
