HONEY CURRY CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
3 lbs. chicken pieces, skinned
Parsley sprigs (opt.)

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Dip chicken into honey sauce, coating all sides. Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Reserve remaining sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasaionally with remaining sauce. Garnish with parsley, if desired. 4 servings.
