POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. milk

Place sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Salt and pepper on top. Mix flour and Miracle Whip, add milk and cook until slightly thickened. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts and pour over potatoes. Bake covered 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Bake at 350 degrees.
