FESTIVE HOLIDAY TRIFLE DESSERT 
1/2 of a lg. angel food cake
1 pt. frozen strawberries
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
1 family size box vanilla pudding mix
1 med. size can peaches, drained
1/2 c. coconut
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Make 3 to 4 hours ahead of time.

Set Jello according to package directions using 2 cups boiling water. Cool slightly, then add frozen strawberries for the rest of the water.

Make pudding mix according to package directions except cut milk down a 1/2 cup. Cook until done. Cool.

Whip cream, add sugar, vanilla and marshmallows. When Jello is almost set.

Layer ingredients in a 4 quart crystal clear bowl. Break cake into small pieces. Place 1/3 of cake on bottom of bowl. Top with 1/3 Jello mixture, then 1/3 of pudding, then 1/2 of peaches, 1/2 of coconut and 1/3 of whipping cream. Repeat, ending with whip cream. Garnish with walnut and cherries.

I just made this for a New Years Eve party, and it was a big hit! I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen, and skipped the addition of sugar and marshmallows, and it was yummy!
