ORANGE JELLO DESSERT 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. sugar free orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 bag miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

1 sm. box instant sugar free vanilla pudding
4 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Mix in oranges and crushed pineapple; do not drain pineapple. Mix orange juice per can directions and add to Jello mixture. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch oblong pan. Cover with marshmallows.

After refrigerated for a minimum of 4 hours, mix pudding according to package directions. Then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of marshmallows. The Jello mixture with marshmallows can be made the night before and do the topping the next day.
