ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 small boxes orange jello
2 c. hot water
1 small can frozen orange juice (6 oz.) undiluted
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together orange jello, water and orange juice. Cool until partially set. Add crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. Mix well & pour into a 9 X 13 dish. Chill until set. For topping, mix lemon pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Frost the jello.
