BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. Seasoned salt
1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. mayonnaise

Wash broccoli, peel stems and dice. Break flowerette into small pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl. Thirty minutes before serving, add cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and seasoned salt. Mix thoroughly.
