SUPER EASY POPOVERS 
2 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Heavily grease muffin tins or custard cups with shortening. Pour batter 1/2 to 3/4 full. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes until golden brown.

NOTE: For extra special popovers, add 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon into batter. Serve with honey butter. (Made by whipping 1/4 pound soft butter with 1/4 cup honey.) Serve warm. Excellent for breakfast!
