1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex Cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 lb. box 10x powdered sugar

Microwave peanut butter, butter, chocolate chips, 1 to 2 minutes (or until melted). Blend thoroughly. Place Rice Chex in large container. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle on powdered sugar and mix until well coated. Store tightly covered.
