1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. raspberries
1 c. applesauce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool. Stir in raspberries (strained if desired). Add applesauce. Wait 15-20 minutes until slightly set. Whip until fluffy. Refrigerate and serve with whipped cream, yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
