CHOCOLATE COVERED EASTER EGGS 
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
3 sticks real butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. plain Hershey bar
6 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. paraffin wax
1 each sm. bottle red & green maraschino cherries
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. coconut

Combine sugar, butter and cream cheese and work with hands. When thoroughly combined; set aside. Melt together Hershey bar, chocolate chips, butter and paraffin wax, adding vanilla after all is melted. Divide first mixture into three equal parts. Add finely cut up cherries to one, peanut butter to another and coconut to the third. Shape into desired size eggs. After shaping, place on wax paper or cookie sheet and put in freezer for at least 1 hour. Dip each egg into melted chocolate mixture and chill.
