PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Mix above ingredients well by hand. Melt 1 stick butter in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour in batter. Cook 1 1/2 quart fruit with approximately 1/2 cup sugar to make syrup. Spoon drained fruit over batter. Pour 1 to 1 1/4 cups of syrup over fruit. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
