KRIS KRINGLE BON BONS | |
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 c. finely chopped pecans 1 c. flaked coconut Mix all ingredients into large mixing bowl, using hands if necessary. Shape into balls smaller than a walnut. Let stand in refrigerator for an hour. Melt 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips with paraffin wax (1 oz.). Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper. Yield: 12 dozen. |
