SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes mashed
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar (I used 1/2 cup)
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Combine first seven ingredients. Pour in a greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix coconut, pecans, brown sugar, flour. Blend in melted butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture and bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes or light brown.
