BIG LADY "BEEF CASSEROLE" 
3 lbs. ground beef
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can of tomatoes
Med. bag of egg noodles
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Different cheese of your choice

In a large saucepan or skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and add ground beef, salt and pepper to taste. Add onion, bell pepper and celery. Cook on medium heat while stirring regular. Add 1/4 cup parsley and 1 tablespoon paprika.

In another container, bring to boil a bag of egg noodles. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of tomatoes. Strain noodles and add them. Mix well. Pour in casserole dish. Top with American, Swiss and mild cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves a large family.
