PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. diet maple syrup or honey
1 c. powdered milk

Mix peanut butter and syrup. Add oats and powdered milk, mixing thoroughly. Roll into small balls. May roll in graham cracker crumbs or crushed cereal. Refrigerate. Yield: 2 dozen balls.

Exchange: 3 balls = 1 milk and 1 fat OR 1 starch, 1 meat, and 1 fat.
