BACON AND CHEESE OMELET 
12 slices bacon
6 slices American cheese
8 eggs
1 c. milk

1. Cook bacon. Curl 1 slice; chop 4 slices; leave the rest in whole pieces.

2. Cut cheese into halves. Arrange cheese in bottom of 9 inch pie plate sprayed with Pam.

3. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.

4. Add chopped bacon to egg mixture.

5. Pour eggs into pie pan.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

7. Place whole bacon slices on top of omelet in wagon wheel style. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
