RUBY'S POTATO DISH 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, unthawed
2 pts. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 diced onion
1 stick butter, melted
Some corn flake crumbs

Put hash browns in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour over hash browns. Top with corn flakes mixed with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
