SATURDAY SUPPER 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
1 1/2 c. quartered zucchini slices
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Bite-size shredded rice biscuits
Tomato wedges

Prepare dinner as directed on package. Cook zucchini in butter until tender. Add zucchini, cottage cheese and seasonings to dinner; mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole, top with cereal. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Garnish with tomato. 4 servings.
