TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 count) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 med. pkg. Doritos, crushed
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Prepare ground beef as for tacos. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Line inch pan with the crescent rolls. Stretch them to cover bottom of pan. Then layer half of the crushed Doritos, meat mixture, sour cream, rest of the Doritos, and top with the cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees uncovered.

Serve with taco sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, more sour cream and cheese, if desired.

SUGGESTION: We like to use the nacho cheese Doritos and for the shredded cheese, we use the taco cheese for more "zing." This may be made up ahead of time and refrigerated. May need 5 to 10 more minutes of baking time then.
