TURKEY TACOS 
3/4 tbsp. butter
3/4 tbsp. flour
1-1 1/2 c. 1% milk
3 oz. low fat cream cheese
1-2 c. cooked cubed turkey or chicken
Salt and pepper
Taco shells
Lettuce, chopped
Sliced olives
Sliced avocado
Chopped tomato
Shredded Cheddar
Cheese (1 c.)

Melt butter, add flour, mix well, add milk to make a white sauce. Add cream cheese and stir to melt. Add turkey and mix well. Keep warm and add salt and pepper to taste. Put all other ingredients out in bowls and serve. Include salsa and sour cream (I use low-fat).
