VEGETABLE SALAD SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8-10 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 grated onion
2 sm. grated carrots
2 or 3 stalks grated celery
Dash garlic salt
1 c. sliced black olives

Mix all items together at room temperature with a little white wine. Makes a wonderful spread for crackers or for finger sandwiches. Delicious on sliced date nut bread.
