SHRIMP AUGRATIN 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp (shelled & deveined), not cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. light cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & white pepper to taste
1/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs

Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth. Add light cream, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1/2 of grated cheese and stir. Season with salt and pepper and stir in shrimp.

Place all into a large casserole. Mix in bread crumbs. Cover with remaining cheese and sprinkle some bread crumbs on top. Dot with butter and parsley. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Can be served over rice.
