TURKEY HOTDISH 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 c. diced turkey or chicken
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
1/3 c. sherry
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in butter. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Remove from stove. Add turkey and remaining ingredients. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
