VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 stack Ritz crackers

Mix all of the ingredients EXCEPT the Ritz crackers. Put in casserole dish. Crumble the Ritz crackers on top of casserole and drizzle with butter.

Bake at 300°F approximately 30 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
