GREEN BEANS GOURMET 
1/4 c. butter
9 oz. pkg. frozen beans, thawed & drained
3/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & cut in squares
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In 2 quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in all ingredients except artichokes and pecans. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until green beans are crisply tender (5 minutes). Stir in artichokes and pecans. Cover and continue cooking until artichokes are heated through (3 minutes).
