SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS 
2 cans asparagus spears, drained
1 1/2 c. seasoned white sauce
Ritz crackers
Butter

2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 1/2 cups milk.

Mix asparagus and white sauce; put in casserole and cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees until brown and bubbly.
