HAM PIE
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) Italian or Monterey cheese (or any other cheese), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
12 oz. can Spam or ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten

You can increase above ingredients, but not eggs.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls and separate dough into 8 triangles. Place five triangles in 8-inch pie pan, pressing together to form a crust. Reserve three triangles for top crust.

Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into crust. Roll out each remaining triangle so longest side is 8 inches. Cut into 1/2-inch strips. Criss-cross strips over filling to form a lattice top. Flute edges.

Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean. Do not overbake.
