POTATO TOPPED CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
4 servings instant mashed potatoes

Brown hamburg and drain off fat. Add drained green beans and soup and place in ungreased casserole. Mix 4 helpings of instant mashed potatoes according to directions. Add egg, slightly beaten and grated cheese. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until hot through and cheese is melted.
