SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/3 stick butter
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Brown sugar

Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole. Top with brown sugar, sprinkled to cover add chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
