1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) mincemeat
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. molasses
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, mincemeat, raisins, molasses, mix well. Add vanilla, coffee, soda and mix well. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Pour into 2 small greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
