STEAK WRAP AROUNDS 
1 lb. round steak
1 lg. dill pickle
Salt and pepper
Flour
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire
3 ginger snaps

Pound round steak until thin; cut into 4 rectangular serving pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay a strip of dill pickle on each piece, roll up and fasten with toothpick, roll in seasoned flour. Brown well on all sides in hot fat. Place in casserole and cover with sauce made of catsup, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover casserole and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove meat and put crumbled ginger snaps in the gravy.
