PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 (8 oz.) cans pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. rotini, cooked
2/3 c. milk
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger, drain fat. Stir in sauce, mushrooms, oregano, garlic salt. Bring to boil, remove from heat. Combine rotini and milk. In 2 quart casserole dish, layer half each of meat sauce, rotini and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with pepperoni or sausage, cherry tomatoes and parsley, if desired.
