CHILI - MAC 
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. water

Brown beef in a large frying pan and drain well. Add macaroni, onion, salt, chili powder, sugar, and pepper. Stir in hot water. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Combine tomato paste and remaining water. Add to meat mixture and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
