BAR - B - Q HAMBURGERS 
3 lb. hamburger meat
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle hot ketchup
1 lg. onion, cut fine

Cook meat in enough water to make 2 cups broth. Pour off extra broth. Brown 1/2 cup flour. Add 2 cups of broth for a thin gravy. Set aside. Add rest of ingredients to meat and stir well. Then add gravy. Keeps good in refrigerator. Serve with coleslaw on bun.
