STROMBOLI 
1 pkg. Pillsbury all-ready pizza crust
1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
3 med. green peppers
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. oregano
Garlic salt
Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove sausage from casing and fry, breaking into small pieces. Cut green peppers into strips and onion into rings. Fry onion and green pepper with oregano in olive oil.

Grease a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet and spread dough to cover pan. Drain sausage and place down center of dough. Place pepper and onions on top of sausage. Top with mozzarella cheese. Fold sides of dough over top of filling and press to seal. Brush dough lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut in slices to serve.
