CHEWY BREADSTICKS 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm (110 degrees) water
1 tbsp. honey
5 to 5 1/4 c. flour
Melted butter
Salts for tops, your choice: sea salt, onion, garlic, Kosher, seasoned etc.

In large bowl sprinkle yeast over warm water. Stir to dissolve. With electric mixer on medium speed beat in honey then gradually beat in 3 cups flour. Beat well until mix pulls away from bowl in stretchy strands. With mixer or heavy spoon gradually add remaining flour to make dough soft. Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and elastic. About 10 minutes. Add more flour if necessary. With knife cut 32 equal pieces (1/4 dough, then cut each 1/4 into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into 10 inch rope. Arrange 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Let rise in warm place 15 minutes or until slightly puffy.

Brush lightly with butter then sprinkle on your choice of salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire racks and serve, or cool completely then wrap tight and freeze. To recrisp allow to thaw at room temperature. Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 5 minutes.
