2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla, beat with mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well with mixer. Add chocolate morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
