Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pkg. Pillsbury biscuits (10)
1 (8 oz.) jar tomato sauce
1 greased cookie sheet

Preheat oven (let parents do it) to 385 degrees. Grease cookie sheet roll pen your biscuits fairly thin. Ruffle your edges to your delight and spoon on tomato sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and other toppings if desired. Bake at 385 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp.
