BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
10 half chicken breasts, boned
2 c. commercial sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Bread crumbs

Place chicken breasts in a shallow glass dish. Mix sour cream and seasonings and pour over chicken. Turn each piece so that it becomes coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning dip the chicken breasts into bread crumbs so that each piece is coated. Again cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Uncover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Lift pieces with a spatula. Serves 8.
