EGG SALAD 
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut cooked eggs into pieces. Stir in other ingredients. Refrigerate.
