SEAFOOD SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, (shrimp or tuna), drain and pat with paper towel
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 heaping tsp. horseradish

Using hands, combine cream cheese, crab and soy sauce forming mixture into a ball. Line plate with parsley and place seafood ball in center. Pour sauce over the ball. Serve with assorted crackers.
