DRUNKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. mustard
6 tbsp. bourbon
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. minced onion

In a large bowl combine (and stir well) all ingredients except chicken wings. Add chicken and cover well. Store in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours. Grill over hot coals or roast in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. This marinade works equally well on chicken legs and thighs.
