DUMP SALAD 
1 sm. box orange Jello (lg. box sugar-free)
16 oz. cottage cheese
8-1/4 oz. pineapple
Sm. can mandarin oranges
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello (dry) with cottage cheese until cottage cheese is colored orange. In a strainer, strain pineapple and oranges. Then combine with cottage cheese. Slowly fold in Cool Whip and put in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish (or something similar). Set in refrigerator for about 2 hours or until cool and set.
