VEAL SCALLOPINI MARSALA 
1 lb. veal cutlets, cut in pieces

Flour veal and brown in 1 tablespoon oil. Add: 1 tsp. chili sauce 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 sm. bay leaf 1/8 tsp. oregano

Cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes. Season to taste, garnish with lemon slices if desired.
