1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1 to 1 1/2 c.)
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped Spanish green olives (added last)
1 jar Cheez Whiz
Grape jelly

Make Bisquick pancake recipe - 1 egg, add extra water to batter to make it thinner. Brown beef, add all ingredients except cheese. Cook until onions are tender, pepper to taste. Make pancakes large and thin. Spread Cheez Whiz on pancakes and fill with meat mixture. Roll up like a burrito. Serve with grape jelly.
